Housing costs are rising faster than many families’ incomes, and we need practical solutions. I support policies that expand the supply of affordable housing, encourage workforce housing for teachers, nurses, and first responders, and remove unnecessary barriers that make building housing more expensive. We need to find a sensible solution to removing private equity from buying up our housing supply.
